The most successful vertical farm require these building features:
1. Finished concrete floors
2. Floor load capacity over 500 kg per sq.m
3. Working ceiling height over 7.5 m
4. Reasonable distance from harmful industries; sanitary protection zone no less than 100m
5. Central sewage system or septic tank with capacity over 6.5 cu.m per day

How is a vertical farm constructed?
